tomorrows TO-DO list:
- get up at 06:00 - drink water. put on exercise clothes.
- do AM workout 1 of body revolution.
- post workout shower.
- breakfast: 0,2% greek yogurt w berries or special K with berries or apple.
- reserve laundry time for evening.
- school from 08.15-11.40 (calculation = hell)
- go buy new running/workout shorts! YAY!
- go home, have lunch: portobello mushroom, zucchini, garlic, eggs, halloumi.
- do PM workout: cardio 1 of body revolution.
- post workout snack: rice cracker with peanut butter and banana.
- do the laundry!
- make DIY workout tops - from blogilates!
- have fun, dance around, be a computer geek :D !
- make dinner!
